Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound voice calls with international customers
  

• Provide accurate, professional, and timely responses to customer queries
  

• Maintain strong customer relationships with a customer -oriented approach
  

• Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction
  

• Adhere to defined process guidelines and performance standards
  

• Work in a 5 -day rotational work schedule
  

Requirements

Experience:

• 0.7 to 5 years of experience in the voice domain
  

Education:

• Graduate (mandatory)
  

Language Requirement:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  

Other Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and customer -handling skills
  

• Willingness to work in night shifts
  

• Immediate joiners required
  

• Ability to work in a fast -paced BPO environment
