Job Title: Process Executive / Senior Process Executive

Job Description:

We are currently seeking Fresher or Senior Process Executive professionals to join our global IT MNC team. As a Process Executive, you will be responsible for communicating with customers from North America, Canada, and the UK, analyzing and processing transactions accurately and on time, documenting all completed transactions, contributing to collecting metrics on processes, maintaining positive working relationships, collaborating with the team to achieve common goals, and resolving issues and concerns swiftly. Additionally, you will be expected to continuously upgrade your skills and take on new or additional responsibilities as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively in English with customers from North America, Canada, and the UK
Analyze and process transactions accurately and within specified timelines
Document all completed transactions on a daily basis
Contribute to collecting metrics on processes
Maintain positive and cooperative working relationships with all stakeholders
Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals
Swiftly resolve issues, questions, and concerns of internal and external customers
Upgrade skills as per the requirement and be ready to shoulder new/additional responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum qualification - Graduate in any discipline
0 to 1 years of work experience in Voice, preferably in finance
Excellent communication skills and strong command over the English language
Outstanding customer service skills
Willingness to work in a shift -based work schedule
Excellent analytical ability and logical approach towards problem -solving
