Inventory & Stock Executive

Location: Off C.G. Road, Ahmedabad

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month (depends upon experience)

Experience: Freshers- 1Year

Job Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory & Stock Executive to manage day-to-day stock operations, order documentation, and inventory records. Freshers and candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle stock intake/inward stock received from various vendors.
  




• Distribute stock to employees for order execution.
  




• Create Sales Orders, Delivery Challans, Invoices, and Outward Remittances.
  




• Manage and monitor stock across the location.
  




• Maintain accurate records of all stock movements.
  




• Ensure physical stock and system stock match at all times.
  




• Identify and resolve stock discrepancies.
  




• Assist customers and handle customer requirements during rush hours.
  

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome; candidates with experience in inventory, stock management, store operations, or order processing can also apply.
  




• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/software systems.
  




• Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  




• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  




• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  




• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  
  

Additional Information

• The selected candidate will receive training on the company's customized ERP system and other software used for accounting and stock management during the probation period
  


• Overtime is mandatory during the peak festive seasons (Raksha Bandhan and Diwali).
  


• Overtime will be compensated based on the number of hours worked beyond the first 9 working hours, as per company policy.
