Inventory Executive( bangalore)

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory Executive to oversee warehouse inventory management and supply chain logistics at our facility in Hoskote, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking inventory levels, managing warehouse operations, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring smooth dispatch processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock Management: Monitor and maintain accurate daily inventory levels, conducting regular physical stock counts and reconciliations against system records.
  

• Warehouse Operations: Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper receiving, storage, handling, and organization of products within the warehouse.
  

• Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely pick, pack, and dispatch of customer orders.
  

• System Updating: Record all stock movements, goods received notes (GRN), and returns accurately in the inventory system/ERP.
  

• Quality & Auditing: Perform regular cycle counts and audits to identify and resolve discrepancies, stock loss, or damage issues.
  

• Vendor & Dispatch Coordination: Work closely with dispatch handlers, transport teams, and vendors to facilitate smooth material flow.
  

Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on experience as an Inventory Executive or Warehouse Supervisor.
  

• Industry Focus: Prior experience in warehouse management, e-commerce, or retail logistics (sleep products/furniture or FMCG experience is a plus).
  

• Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in inventory software/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
  

• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, good organizational capabilities, problem-solving skills, and effective communication.
  

• Qualification-Any graduate.
