Inventory Executive (Finish Good)

• Manage and track jewellery sample stock (Finish
  Goods)
  
• Track inward and outward movement of jewellery
  samples (Finish Goods) across departments such as design, production, QC,
  sales, and exhibitions.
  
• Ensure proper tagging, labeling, and safe
  storage of samples of finished goods.
  
• Maintain and monitor stock separately for easy
  tracking and availability.
  
• Ensure proper documentation and approval for
  dispatch and return of samples.
  
• Monitor aging of finished goods samples and
  coordinate for reuse, redesign, or liquidation if required.
  
• Coordinate with design, production, and sales
  teams for sample requirements and dispatch.
  
• Conduct regular stock checks and reconciliation
  of both sample and finished goods inventory.
  
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reports
  in Excel/system.
  

Requirements

•  2+ years experience in jewellery sample stock/inventory management.
  
•  Basic knowledge of jewellery materials, weights.
  
•  Good Excel skills and attention to detail.
