Salary range: Rs 420000 - Rs 550000 (ie INR 4.2-5.5 LPA)

Experience: 5+ yrs

Location: Noida

Job Type: full-time

We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Executive to manage and maintain inventory accuracy across D2C and marketplace operations. This role will be responsible for overseeing the complete inventory lifecycle, from stock receipt and storage to order fulfillment and dispatch, ensuring seamless coordination between warehouse operations and digital commerce platforms.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining inventory integrity, optimizing stock movement, supporting warehouse processes, and ensuring accurate inventory data across systems. This position requires strong operational discipline, analytical skills, and hands-on experience with e-commerce inventory management tools.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and real-time inventory records across all SKUs, storage locations, and sales channels.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliations to ensure alignment between physical inventory and system records.
  • Track inward shipments, returns, damaged goods, rejected stock, and inventory adjustments with complete documentation.
  • Monitor stock levels and proactively coordinate replenishment requirements with operations teams.
  • Manage and update inventory information across platforms such as Shopify, Zoho Inventory, and marketplace channels.
  • Ensure accurate synchronization of orders, inventory movements, cancellations, replacements, and return-to-origin (RTO) transactions.
  • Coordinate warehouse activities including receiving, tagging, put-away processes, stock transfers, and dispatch support.
  • Ensure proper inventory handling practices, including FIFO/FEFO methodologies and organized warehouse storage.
  • Manage damaged inventory, dead stock, returns, and stock discrepancies while maintaining accurate records.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to inventory movement, stock levels, inward and outward transactions, and operational performance.
  • Maintain Goods Received Notes (GRN), inventory logs, audit records, and supporting documentation.
  • Investigate inventory variances and work with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Support inventory audits and contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance inventory control and operational efficiency.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 2–4 years of experience in Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, or E-commerce Operations.
  • Strong understanding of D2C and e-commerce inventory workflows and order management processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, Zoho Inventory, or similar inventory management platforms.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, inventory reporting, and MIS preparation.
  • Experience managing inventory data, stock reconciliation, inward and outward processes, and warehouse documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with marketplace platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar ecosystems is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of warehouse reporting, logistics coordination, returns management, and inventory controls.
  • Understanding of GST-related inventory documentation and stock valuation concepts is beneficial.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced operational environments while maintaining accuracy and process discipline.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to inventory management.
