What this role is about:

As our Investment Advisor, you’ll join a tight-knit, collaborative team that cares deeply about helping consumers make right financial decisions and intuitive product experiences. 

You will help digitize financial planning, goal setting and micro investments into a seamless technology experience.  You care deeply about what's good for the consumer rather than short term commissions and focus on making an impact through data backed decisions. We are looking at  bringing the best of financial wisdom to a deep tech platform. 

This role is best suited for people who are self-starters, driven by a passion to build something impactful, comfortable operating with a degree of ambiguity, passionate about the core mission, and who hold themselves to a high standard of performance and accountability.

• You have worked as an investment analyst / financial planner for at least five years. 
• You are analytical, detail oriented and are obsessed with helping people meet their financial goals
• You are a self-starter that likes to figure things out and problem solve using 1st principles.
• Can articulate  with simplicity complex financial strategies (both written and verbal)
• You are a subject matter expert on macroeconomic conditions, key economic indicators, investment products across asset classes
• Comfortable in startups and unstructured work environments
• NISM Certified (NISM Series XA,XB)

• One or more of the following: MBA (Finance), CA, CFA, CFP.
• Deep knowledge of Indian, US and other global financial markets
• Understanding of quantitative asset allocation methodologies, portfolio construction and optimisation models
• Awareness of macro themes and ability to generate actionable long term investment ideas and themes
• Understanding of financial planning and modelling
• Awareness of personal financial savings and investment products
• Overall experience of 5 years+ in financial markets including equity, fixed income, mutual funds, etc.
• Experience  with technology platforms is highly preferred.
• NISM Certified (NISM Series XA,XB) (Mandatory)

• Worked at a fintech startup or are an avid reader of behavioural finance / consumer psychology
