Investor Relation Manager

Job title: Investor Relation Manager Reporting to: President Manorama Industries Ltd & CFO

Hours: Monday to Saturday (Work from office)

Location: Raipur and travelling to other locations as per need of the work

Key responsibilities & duties

 Organizing Investor events, like group of investors visits to site/plant, etc.

 Equity Fund Raising for the company for expansion and other purpose.

 Hand holding of all set of Investors, Brokerage Houses, CIO, fund managers, analysts and conducting meetings with them.

 Taking Investors to the Site/Plant Visits. Providing them full insights suitably.

 Representing Company in Various Investor Conferences.

 Evaluating and implementing various strategies like Split of shares, to increase investor base and liquidity.

 Finalizing Press Release, Investor presentation and Annual Report in consultation with the management

 Weekly/Monthly shareholding pattern analysis.

 Collation and presentation of feedback to the management.

 Conducting AGM (Annual General Meeting) as a part of the Management Group.

 Representing Company in various related fields like conferences, Stock Exchanges like NSE, BSE.  Handling Bankers and other related Professional Advisors as and when advised by the company.
