About the Role
We’re seeking a passionate, driven, and technically strong iOS Team Lead to head our iOS development team. This leadership role is ideal for someone who excels at code quality, deployment efficiency, team mentoring, and driving purpose-aligned product delivery. As a team lead, you'll have a direct impact on the architecture, processes, and performance of our iOS applications.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead and mentor a team of minimum 4 iOS developers, ensuring team alignment and collaboration.
● Drive high standards in code quality, reviews, and development best practices.
● Own project lifecycles from technical planning to deployment and performance optimization.
● Ensure timely releases and smooth updates via the App Store.
● Encourage scalable, maintainable, and purposeful code using Swift, UIKit, and Xcode.
● Encourage and guide the use of AI-powered development tools to enhance productivity, code quality, and deployment speed.
● Align with cross-functional teams, including product, design, QA, and backend to ensure cohesive user experiences.
● Monitor and resolve complex app issues, ensuring stability and responsiveness.
Requirements
● 4+ years of professional iOS development experience.
● At least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
● Deep knowledge of Swift, Xcode, UIKit, CoreData, and architecture patterns (MVC/MVVM).
● Proven ability to deliver iOS apps from concept to deployment.
● Strong command of debugging, performance analysis, and memory management.
● Experience with Git and agile development methodologies.

● Familiarity with AI tools for mobile development (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Xcode intelligent code completion).
