Key Skills: Tech BA O&G SME
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical/Petrochemical/Petroleum Engineering (or
equivalent knowledge/experience)
• 7 -10 years of working experience.
• Sound knowledge of Refinery planning and scheduling function in oil and gas
domain
• A minimum of 4 years to 5 years’ relevant experience as Business Analyst in
oil and Gas must.
• Good Understanding of Engineering Principles and familiarity with Manufacturing
Processes like refinery, petrochemical, and chemical industries.
• Working experience with EPC or manufacturing industries as mentioned above.
• Hands on experience working in Agile and Scrum modules.
• Technical Experience on Tech (SQL/API/Data migration/mapping experience,
JSON, XML)
• Effective interpersonal, Communication skills, oral and written
• Demonstrated high written and verbal communication skills, good English
(reading, speaking and writing)
• Work with Product Owner and Pod/Scrum team members to generate ideas and
shape outcomes.
• Planning & Scheduling by using AspenTech PIMS & Orion experience is
must
• Application software (IT/OT) experience is must
•
Must have skills/Job role:
1. Manufacturing Plant operation/process experience mainly
Refinery/Petrochemical or Chemicals units.
2. Understanding of Plant Project life cycle (Engineering Design/ detailed
design etc.)
3. Planning & Scheduling by using AspenTech PIMS & Orion experience is
must
4. Application software (IT/OT) experience is must
5. Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development,
maintenance.
6. Knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
7. Participate in regional and cross -departmental projects related to the
improvement and implementation of new technologies
