Key Responsibilities

1. Sourcing & Vendor Management

   1. Vendor Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with key suppliers to ensure uninterrupted supply and service levels.

   2. Vendor Development: Identify, on-board, and develop secondary/new vendors for existing product lines to mitigate risk and improve competitiveness.

   3. New Launches & NPD: Drive end-to-end sourcing requirements for New Product Development and support smooth commercial rollouts for new menu launches.

2. Commercial & Contractual Operations

   1. Lead commercial negotiations and rigorously track/manage Total Cost of Ownership across assigned categories.

   2. Value Engineering: Identify and execute value engineering projects to optimize costs without compromising on QSR quality and food safety standards.

   3. Legal Compliance: Facilitate and finalize legal contracts, SLAs, and commercial agreements in close coordination with our internal Legal team.

3. Data, Analytics & Reporting

   1. Maintain and upgrade MIS trackers utilizing Advanced Excel and Power BI to monitor procurement KPIs, supplier performance, and pricing elasticity.

   2. Executive Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive monthly review decks (PPT) for supply chain leadership.

Qualification & Experience:

1. Education – Degree in Food Tech or MBA in Supply Chain

2. Minimum 3 years of core procurement experience (QSR, Food Tech, or FMCG background highly preferred).

3. Strong analytical mindset with proven hands-on experience in Power BI and Advanced Excel.
