In this on-site role, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by generating high-quality leads, nurturing customer relationships, and converting opportunities into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Targeted Outreach: Proactively reach out to large enterprise companies, focusing on C-level executives to schedule capability meetings.

- Customized Communication: Work closely with sales managers and account executives to craft personalized messages that capture the interest of large enterprises.

- Lead Generation: Utilize advanced techniques to generate and qualify leads, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential clients.

- Sales Process Management: Efficiently manage leads and advance opportunities from initial contact to closure, maintaining a seamless sales cycle.

- CRM Management: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, account interactions, and opportunity statuses in the CRM system.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Meetings Scheduled: Number of capability meetings set with C-level executives in large enterprises.

- Qualified Opportunities: Track the conversion rate of meetings into potential sales opportunities and their progress through the pipeline.

- Lead Generation: Measure the volume and quality of leads generated and qualified.

- Account Penetration: Monitor progress in building and expanding relationships within large Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

- Professional Experience: Proven experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development.

- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior-level decision-makers.

- Strategic Mindset: Deep understanding of enterprise sales processes, lead generation techniques, and complex sales cycles.

- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM systems and lead generation tools.
