Job Description - ISR Lead

bout the Role
We are looking for a proactive and driven SR Lead to join our growing team. This role is responsible for generating high -quality leads, nurturing prospects, and passing qualified opportunities to the sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT solutions sales, especially in cybersecurity, digital transformation, managed services, and SOC services.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research to identify potential customers in target segments.
  • Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and digital channels.
  • Maintain a healthy lead pipeline and ensure timely follow -ups.
  • Understand customer needs and map relevant solutions such as cybersecurity, digital transformation, SOC, and managed services.
  • Schedule appointments, demos, and meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in CRM.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion efficiency.
  • Support targeted campaigns, events, and webinars by driving registrations and follow -ups.


Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 4–8 years of experience in inside sales / lead generation roles in the IT services / system integration domain.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, managed services, SOC, and digital transformation offerings.
  • Excellent communication skills—verbal and written.
  • Strong lead qualification experience using frameworks (e.g., BANT, MEDDIC).
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
  • Ability to handle objections, engage CXO -level prospects, and build rapport.
  • Self -motivated, target -oriented, and adaptable in a fast -paced environment.
