Job Description: Manage Oracle HCM Modules: Oversee Talent Acquisition and Talent Management modules, with a focus on leveraging AI and automated provisioning of access for efficient resource management. 

• Business Requirements Translation: Analyze and understand business needs to convert them into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.


• Bridge Between Stakeholders: Act as a liaison between business teams and system integration partners, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.


• Project Management: Lead and manage projects related to Oracle HCM implementations, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope and budget.


• Continuous Improvement: Drive enhancements in HCM processes by integrating innovative technology solutions, optimizing user experience, and improving overall system performance.
