Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT & Digital Technologies Trainer to deliver practical and industry -oriented training programs in information technology and digital technologies. The trainer will equip participants with technical knowledge, digital skills, and hands -on experience to enhance their employability and prepare them for careers in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training on IT fundamentals and digital technologies.
  
• Conduct practical sessions on computer hardware, networking, operating systems, cloud computing, cybersecurity, web technologies, digital tools, and emerging technologies.
  
• Guide participants through hands -on labs, projects, and real -world case studies.
  
• Evaluate participant performance through assignments, assessments, and practical exercises.
  
• Provide career guidance and industry best practices.
  
• Prepare training materials, attendance records, and training reports.
  

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, operating systems, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and digital technologies.
  
• Hands -on experience with relevant IT tools and platforms.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
  
• Ability to simplify technical concepts and deliver interactive training sessions.
  

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
  
• Relevant industry certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco (CCNA), Microsoft, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Red Hat, or equivalent are preferred.
