Position: IT Application Support

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in SAP MM, SD, and WM/EWM support.
  
• Experience troubleshooting SAP interfaces (IDoc, RFC).
  
• Good understanding of manufacturing and supply chain business processes.
  
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for SAP MM, SD, WM/EWM, and FlexNet MES.
  
• Troubleshoot SAP interfaces (IDoc, RFC) and resolve system issues.
  
• Monitor system performance and integrations.
  
• Resolve SAP errors, stock discrepancies, and label printing issues.
  
• Manage user access, security, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) compliance.
  
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and support system testing.
  
• Create Power BI reports (Good to Have).
  
• Support SAP industrial printer integration.
