IT Asset & IMAC Engineer

Job Summary:

The IMAC / Asset Management Engineer is responsible for the deployment, provisioning, inventory management, and lifecycle management of end-user IT assets. This role ensures that laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and other IT equipment are properly configured, deployed, tracked, and maintained while supporting business operations and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Image, configure, and deploy laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.


• Enroll and manage devices using Microsoft Autopilot and Intune.


• Execute device refresh and replacement programs.


• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and perform periodic audits.


• Manage stockroom inventory and ensure hardware availability.


• Coordinate warranty claims, repairs, and RMA processes with vendors.


• Track the complete lifecycle of IT assets from deployment to retirement.


• Maintain accurate asset records and update the ServiceNow CMDB.


• Manage loaner devices and ensure readiness for deployment.


• Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and hardware relocations (IMAC activities).


• Ensure compliance with IT asset management policies and maintain required documentation.


• Provide hardware deployment and basic end-user support when required.

Experience: 3–6 years in IMAC/Asset Management
