IT Associate

The IT Associate will be
responsible for managing and supporting the organisation’s IT infrastructure,
digital systems, and training technology platforms, ensuring smooth day -to -day
operations and secure handling of data in an aviation training environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain
  and support IT infrastructure including computers, networks, printers, and
  peripherals
  
• Manage
  and support Learning Management Systems (LMS) used for training
  delivery and tracking
  
• Ensure
  smooth functioning of smart boards, classroom technology, and digital
  teaching tools
  
• Troubleshoot
  hardware, software, and network -related issues
  
• Manage
  user access, data backups, and basic cybersecurity practices
  
• Support
  IT requirements during training sessions, examinations, and audits
  
• Coordinate
  with external vendors for IT services and maintenance
  
• Maintain
  IT documentation, asset registers, and system records
  

Requirements

• Degree
  / Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  
• Minimum 0–1 years of experience in IT support or systems administration
  
• Experience
  with LMS platforms and office IT infrastructure preferred
