IT Business Analyst (Regulation Specialist - Credit Risk)

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst / Regulation Specialist with strong expertise in Basel III reforms and credit risk regulations. The role involves bridging regulatory requirements and technology solutions, ensuring accurate translation of credit risk regulations into system functionalities and reporting frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret Basel III reforms with a focus on credit risk regulations.
• Translate regulatory requirements into business and system specifications for IT teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, and Technology to ensure effective delivery of regulatory changes.
• Work with Moody’s Risk Authority (MRA) to configure systems and align with regulatory standards.
• Support regulatory reporting processes by leveraging expertise in credit risk data and frameworks.
• Provide insights into RAY result tables/configurations and their impact on system design and reporting.
• Track and assess changes in regional regulatory frameworks (MAS, HKMA, BNM) and advise stakeholders accordingly.

• Strong knowledge of Basel III reforms – credit risk regulations.
• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst in regulatory or risk management projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with credit risk regulatory reporting.
• Familiarity with MAS, HKMA, and BNM regulations.
• Experience with Moody’s Risk Authority (MRA), especially in converting regulations into system requirements.
• Understanding of RAY result tables/configurations.
• Exposure to credit risk systems implementation and reporting frameworks.
