IT Development & Infrastructure Head

• Architect and oversee cloud, network, security, application, and database infrastructure with strong
  compliance focus.
  
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity frameworks aligned with ISO 27001 and IFSCA mandates, including
  vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, incident response, and disaster recovery.
  
• Drive secure software development practices: threat modeling, code reviews, automated testing, and third
  party dependency checks.
  
• Ensure continuous compliance monitoring and evidence collection for audits—system logs, access controls,
  change management, and vendor certification.
  
• Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to embed IT controls in policies and frameworks, supporting
  anti -money laundering, KYC, transaction monitoring and client data protection.
  
• Lead vendor management, infrastructure scalability, and business continuity planning for critical
  fin -tech/IFSC systems.
  
• Mentor and build a high -performing IT team capable of managing complex regulated fin -tech environments.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
  
• Total 7 -9 years’ experience, out of which 2 -3 years in managing IT infrastructure and dev teams;
  
• Prior exposure to management of global software licenses is preferred
  
• Prior exposure to on -premises hosting as well as hosting cloud and is preferred.
  

• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), container orchestration, and microservices
  architecture.
  
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity standards including ISO 27001 regulations.
  
• Skilled in secure SDLC, DevSecOps, and IT compliance documentation.
  
• Experience with regulatory audit readiness, incident management, and vendor risk assessments.
  
• Excellent leadership, problem -solving and communication skills.
