IT Executive (Desktop Support Engineer)

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and
  troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, and other office devices.
  
• Provide technical support to
  employees for hardware and software issues.
  
• Identify and fix computer,
  system, and network-related problems.
  
• Set up and maintain desktops,
  laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
  
• Troubleshoot basic networking
  issues, including LAN and internet connectivity.
  
• Install, configure, and maintain
  Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
  
• Maintain IT equipment and ensure
  all systems are working properly.
  
• Provide timely support to avoid
  delays in daily office and manufacturing operations.
  
• Maintain records of IT assets,
  repairs, and maintenance.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in
  desktop support or a similar IT support role.
  
• Good knowledge of computer
  hardware, laptops, printers, and other IT devices.
  
• Understanding of networking, LAN,
  internet connectivity, and troubleshooting.
  
• Strong knowledge of Windows,
  macOS, and Linux operating systems.
  
• Ability to identify and resolve
  hardware and software issues.
  
• Good communication and
  problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to provide IT support to
  employees across different departments.
  
• Experience in a manufacturing
