If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.\n\nWe are currently seeking a IT Hardware Asset Management to join our team in Bangalore, Karn\u0101taka (IN-KA), India (IN).\n\nResponsibilities: \n\u2022 Building and sustaining effective communications with all stakeholders towards the goal of maximizing the customer experience. \n\u2022 Develop and implement continuous process improvements and operational efficiencies within the Datacenter and End User space \n\u2022 End to End Asset Management Life Cycle Experience in Hardware assets including Managing leased assets \n\u2022 Create / Update to asset records in the Asset Database accordingly throughout all stages of asset lifecycle \n\u2022 Participate in Asset Management audits and remediation efforts. \n\u2022 Identify Cost savings and establish more effective long-term planning \u0026 budgeting practices for the customers \n\u2022 Analyze client contracts, Purchase agreements and other data to manage hardware assets effectively \n\u2022 Experience in all processes including but not limited to New Assets, IMACS, Retirements, Disposals \n\u2022 Interact directly with clients and other internal and external sources to obtain relevant data and documents in required forms and consistent with project objectives and deadlines. \n\u2022 Utilize Data analysis tools and techniques like MS Access, MS Excel. \n\u2022 Assess data accuracy and reasonableness and follow-up directly with clients, internal support staff, or partner \nappropriately to achieve necessary understanding and to resolve the anomalies. \n\u2022 Ensure quality and timely delivery of customer requirements. \n\u2022 Generate monthly asset reports regarding this Service, as well as ad-hoc reports as requested internally or by customer. \n\u2022 Identify and document best practices and implement them \n\u2022 Other Hardware Asset Management duties as assigned. \n____________________________\n\nRequirements: \n\u2022 7+ years of experience in a similar role \n\u2022 Experience on industry leading IT Asset Management tools such as Service Now/Flexera/Remedy. \n\u2022 Advanced knowledge on Excel, Access, other tools to create reports and Dashboards \n\u2022 Excellent verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on customer service, including experience handling challenging situations \n\u2022 Detail oriented, customer oriented, result delivery oriented, analytic thinking \n \nPreference \n\u2022 Degree in a technical field \n\u2022 Knowledge or experience with discovery tools such as SCCM/SMS/Flexera/Marimba/LANDesk/Altiris etc. \n\u2022 An Industry Certification such as Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM) or Certified Hardware Asset Management (CHAMP) will have an advantage \n\u2022 Experience working in a managed services environment and with virtual teams\n\nAbout NTT DATA\n\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
