Job Summary

Prox Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result -driven Sales Manager – IT Hardware with strong experience in business development and presales. The ideal candidate will have in -depth knowledge of IT hardware products, hands -on experience with GeM tenders, and the ability to manage client relationships while driving revenue growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT hardware segment.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable hardware solutions.
  • Manage end -to -end GeM tender processes, including bid preparation and submission.
  • Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for pricing, specifications, and compliance.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals, BOQs, and comparative statements.
  • Support and lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Maintain accurate product data sheets, pricing sheets, and sales reports.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.


Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferably IT or related field).
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT hardware sales/presales.
  • Mandatory experience with GeM portal and tendering process.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
