The Head of IT will lead and manage all technology functions, including applications,
data systems, enterprise platforms, cybersecurity, network management, IT
governance, and digital innovation. The role will drive organization -wide digital
transformation, strengthen systems to support scale, and enable data -driven decision -
making aligned with APD’s mission.
Requirements
Education & Experience
ï· Bachelor’s/Master’s in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related
field.
ï· 10+ years of progressive IT experience with minimum 3 years in a leadership
role.
ï· Proven experience in leading digital transformation and enterprise -wide
systems integration.
ï· Experience in implementing and managing CRM, HR, financial systems, and
program -related applications.
ï· Exposure to cloud environments, cybersecurity frameworks, and data
governance.
ï· Prior experience in the development / social impact sector is an advantage.
Technical Competencies
ï· Good knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud environments, networking, and
administration.
ï· Familiarity with databases, reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics platforms.
ï· Understanding of cybersecurity standards and IT governance best practices.
ï· Knowledge of AI -driven tools, automation, and data insight platforms (preferred).
