Role Summary

As a key member of the IT function, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing both on-premise and cloud infrastructure. You will ensure that all systems operate efficiently, securely, and in alignment with business needs, while driving continuous improvement across the technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-efficient infrastructure across servers, storage, networks, and cloud environments.
• Monitor and optimize resource utilization across cloud platforms and on-prem systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the infrastructure stack.
• Collaborate closely with IT teams, development teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless integrations and smooth operations.
• Track system performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend upgrades or enhancements.
• Use automation and scripting to streamline provisioning, monitoring, and management tasks.
• Coordinate technology installations, migrations, upgrades, and routine maintenance activities.

Skills & Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS/Azure, server operating systems, virtualization, storage, and networking.
• Working knowledge of SD-LAN, SD-WAN, Layer 3 switches, gateways, and firewalls.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
