IT Infrastructure Specialist

• Handle incidents, service requests, and changes for Azure infrastructure (networking, VMs,  connectivity) and AVD/endpoint environments, working within the team's ITSM tooling (Ivanti/Azure DevOps)
  
• Own or share ticket queues, ensuring SLAs are met and escalating appropriately
  
• Monitor infrastructure and AVD environment health (performance, availability, session host issues) and respond to alerts
  
• Perform routine operational tasks: patching, session host image updates, FSLogix profile management, capacity/scaling checks
  
• Serve as the primary point of contact during European non-business hours, ensuring operational coverage and coordination of support escalations.
  
• Maintain and improve runbooks and knowledge base articles to reduce reliance on individual team members
  
• Support change and problem management processes, including root-cause analysis for recurring issues
  
• Collaborate daily with the Denmark and Gdansk-based team members on handovers and shared incidents
  
  

Requirements

• Hands-on operational experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure (networking, VMs, Entra ID)
  
• Hands-on experience administering or supporting Azure Virtual Desktop (host pools, session hosts, FSLogix) or Citrix, plus endpoint management (Intune or similar)
  
• Working knowledge of ITSM processes: incident, problem, and change management
  
• Good English communication skills, written and spoken — this team operates daily across Denmark, Poland, and India, so clear, professional communication is essential
  
• Comfort working in and around an established environment — the patience to understand how things are set up before changing them
  
• Willingness to work hours that overlap with European team members for handovers and on-call
  
• Bonus: experience in a Global Capability Center (GCC) or MSP operations environment, or in shipping/logistics.
