Job Description: Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary

The Logistics Coordinator will oversee telecom hardware movement, optical transceivers and patch cord tracking, site dispatching, RMA management, and warehouse inventory control across regional depots.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Hardware Tracking & Delivery: Monitor equipment arrival, transit, and delivery to guarantee hardware is on-site prior to planned migration dates.

  
  


• 
  

  RMA & Staging: Coordinate Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests, handle faulty hardware returns, and manage staging for site-swap equipment.

  
  


• 
  

  Depot Inventory Management: Maintain real-time stock levels for transceivers, attenuators, and cabling across regional depots.

  
  


• 
  

  Logistics Coordination: Partner with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and field dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries.

  
  

Core Competencies & Requirements

• 
  

  Supply Chain Experience: Proven background in telecom hardware supply chain management, reverse logistics, warehouse inventory, and dispatch operations.

  
  


• 
  

  Technical Hardware Knowledge: Familiarity with Cisco Part Numbers (PIDs), line cards, power supplies, fiber patch cords, and optical transceivers (10G/40G/100G/400G).
