Job Purpose

Ensure smooth functioning, security, and modernization of
company IT systems, while leading digital transformation through AI,
automation, and business analytics.

Infrastructure Management

Manage servers, networks, CCTV, ERP, and hardware. Ensure
data security, backup, and connectivity across all plants/offices.

Software & Systems

Oversee ERP and business software; coordinate with vendors
for upgrades, maintenance, and integration with production and finance
systems.

Automation & AI Initiatives

Introduce AI tools for productivity, predictive
maintenance, data forecasting, and workflow optimization across departments.

Business Intelligence

Develop and implement BI dashboards/reports using tools
like Power BI or Zoho Analytics for management decision -making.

Cybersecurity

Implement robust cybersecurity policies, firewall
protections, and user access controls to keep data and network safe.

Process Improvement

Use technology to streamline operations, reduce manual
work, and improve data visibility.

IT Policy & Compliance

Define IT usage policies, monitor licensing compliance,
and ensure adherence to data protection laws.

Team Leadership

Lead and mentor IT staff; manage vendor relationships and
service contracts efficiently.

Emerging Technology Integration

Explore cloud solutions, IoT for manufacturing, and
automation tools to support digital transformation.

Support & Troubleshooting

Provide ongoing technical support for users and
departments to minimize downtime.
