Key Responsibilities
1. IT Infrastructure, Hardware & Network Management
• Manage all IT hardware: laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, switches, routers,
servers, and backup systems.
• Administer LAN/WAN, Wi -Fi networks, firewalls, VPN, VLAN configurations, and
network security controls.
• Perform regular monitoring, troubleshooting, and uptime optimization.
• Maintain network documentation, cabling layouts, and asset maps.
• Support basic cloud workspace operations (AWS Workspaces preferred; Azure
equivalent acceptable).
• Conduct preventive maintenance for all IT systems across office and shopfloor.
2. ERP System Support & User Coordination
• Provide first -level support for ERP usage issues.
• Coordinate with ERP vendors for bug fixes, enhancements, and user requests.
• Ensure stable ERP usage across Production, Stores, Purchase, and Accounts.
3. Cybersecurity & System Compliance
• Maintain endpoint protection, antivirus updates, firewall rules, and access
control.
• Ensure system backups and restore processes are correctly followed.
• Support compliance for ISO audits and internal policy adherence.
4. User Support & IT Helpdesk
• Provide hands -on support for company -wide IT issues.
• Manage user accounts, email activation, M365 licenses, password resets, and
peripheral configurations.
• Maintain timely support ticket closure and documentation.
5. IT Asset Management
• Keep an accurate inventory of all IT hardware and software.
• Manage AMC, warranty tracking, vendor coordination, and procurement
requests.
• Ensure asset tagging and compliance with IT policies.
6. Digital & Operational Support
• Assist in IIoT connectivity support.
• Support digital initiatives like paperless workflows, device integration, and
document management.
• Assist departments with Power BI data extraction support where required.
Requirements
Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills
• Strong hands -on capability in hardware troubleshooting and network
administration.
• Working knowledge of firewalls, routers, switches, VLANs, VPN, and Wi -Fi
setups.
• Basic working exposure to AWS Workspaces or Azure Virtual Desktop (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Admin operations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems; experience in a manufacturing setup is
advantageous.
• Basic understanding of SQL, Power BI, or IIoT architecture (optional but
preferred).
Soft Skills
• Ability to independently manage day -to -day IT operations.
• Strong problem -solving skills and user support orientation.
• Effective communication and coordination across departments.
• Ability to document processes and maintain logs.
Qualification & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science / IT / Electronics.
• 4 to 7 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure management, or network
administration.
• Hands -on experience in hardware troubleshooting and network setup is
mandatory.
• Basic understanding of AWS/Azure cloud workspace preferred.
• Certifications like CCNA, ITIL, MCSE, or AWS/Azure Fundamentals will be an
added advantage.
