 Job Summary

·       The IT Manager
will lead the IT portfolio and oversee all technology operations, focusing on
ISO compliance, networking, IT security, cloud infrastructure, and hardware
management. The role requires managing internal networks, IT security
protocols, cloud services, IT hardware, and ensuring operational excellence.

·       The IT Manager
will also supervise an IT vendor and collaborate with leaders to align
technology with the firms objectives.

Key Responsibilities

·       Manage
IT infrastructure and network across two sites, including FortiGate Firewalls,
Ruckus Wireless, Cisco and HP Switches.

·       Administer
hybrid Microsoft 365 environment, including On-Prem AD, DNS, Entra ID, Exchange
Online and SharePoint.

·       Manage
Microsoft Intune, endpoint security, Antivirus, DLP and Email Security Gateway.

·       Administer
and support Video Conferencing, Microsoft Teams Calling and EPBX/telephony
systems.

·       Implement
and maintain information-security controls aligned with ISO 27001/ISMS
requirements.

·       Manage
ISMS documentation, policies, procedures and coordinate internal/external
security audits.

·       Provide
technical support for SaaS-based ERP applications and manage vendor
escalations.

·       Manage
overall IT OPEX/CAPEX, procurement, budgeting and technology planning.

·       Lead
and manage L1–L2 IT support team, ensuring effective service delivery and issue
resolution.

·       Ensure
overall IT availability, cybersecurity, compliance, business continuity and
user support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s
  degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any fields if the
  knowledge is substantiated with appropriate certifications in the domain.
  
• With 8 to 12 years of relevant Experience in IT Infrastructure, Networking & Security.
