He/She will be responsible for leading end -to -end delivery of the SAP S/4HANA implementation,
ensuring project objectives are achieved within defined scope, timeline, and budget. This role requires
deep expertise in S4 HANA project management, cross -functional coordination, stakeholder
engagement, and managing both internal and external delivery partners. This role is for onsite (Page’s
office) and all 5 days work from office
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Governance
ï· Define detailed project plan covering scope, schedule, resources, milestones, and deliverables.
ï· Establish governance structure, cadence for reviews, and reporting mechanisms (SteerCo, PMO
updates, etc.).
ï· Manage risk, issues, and dependencies across workstreams.
ï· Ensure compliance with project management methodology (Agile/Activate/Waterfall as
applicable).
2. Execution & Delivery
ï· Lead day -to -day project execution across all SAP modules and integrations.
ï· Drive key program phases — Blueprinting, Build, Testing, Cutover, and Go -Live.
ï· Coordinate with business process owners, consultants, and technical teams for timely
deliverables.
ï· Ensure all deliverables meet quality, documentation, and audit requirements.
3. Stakeholder Management
ï· Act as a single point of contact for business leadership, IT, and implementation partners.
ï· Manage relationship with system integrator(s), ensuring adherence to SLAs and contractual
obligations.
ï· Facilitate cross -functional workshops and decision -making forums.
4. Change & Communication
ï· Support change management activities, including communication, stakeholder readiness, and
training.
ï· Ensure business continuity and user adoption post -implementation.
5. Financials & Reporting
ï· Own project budget, tracking actuals vs. forecast, and manage cost variances.
ï· Provide regular progress and risk reports to senior management and steering committee.
Key Skills & Competencies:
ï· Strong project/program management experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations (preferably
Greenfield/Brownfield).
ï· Sound understanding of business processes across Procure -to -Pay, Order -to -Cash, Record -to -
Report, and Plan -to -Produce.
ï· Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
ï· Proven ability to manage cross -functional teams and third -party vendors.
ï· Strong analytical and problem -solving abilities.
ï· Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology, agile project tools (e.g., JIRA), and governance
frameworks.
Qualifications:
ï· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or Business; MBA preferred.
ï· 10+ years of overall experience, with at least 5 years managing SAP programs/projects.
ï· PMP / PRINCE2 / SAP Activate certification is an advantage.
ï· Experience in S/4HANA migration or greenfield implementation projects preferred.
