Position: Project Coordinator (PC)

Job Summary

The Project Coordinator (PC) will oversee the end-to-end coordination of daily network migration schedules, customer window approvals, resource alignment, and daily tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Change Management & Approvals: Coordinate with customer operations teams to secure Change Requests (CR/MW) approvals and site access permits.

  
  


• 
  

  Tracking & Governance: Maintain the daily master cutover tracker across all planned network nodes and circuits.

  
  


• 
  

  Resource & Roster Management: Manage engineering shift rosters for night-window coverage and ensure seamless alignment between field and remote teams.

  
  


• 
  

  Reporting & Analytics: Publish daily morning execution summaries, cutover success/failure metrics, and site readiness reports.

  
  

Core Competencies & Requirements

• 
  

  Tool Proficiency: Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, JIRA, Smartsheet, and standard project management reporting tools.

  Domain Knowledge: Strong telecom/networking background with deep understanding of Maintenance Window (MW) change management lifecycles.
