Job Summary:
Weare seeking an experienced IT Project Manager, with 5-7 years of
experience to oversee and manage the successful delivery of IT projects. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies, excellent
leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
They will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalising projects according to
deadlines and within budget, while managing stakeholders and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

● Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring
alignment with organisational goals and objectives.

● Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines, collaborating with
stakeholders and technical teams.

● Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports, ensuring timely and
within-budget delivery.

● Coordinate and manage project resources, including internal teams and third-party
contractors or consultants.

● Conduct risk management analysis to identify project risks and develop mitigation
plans.

● Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and provide regular status updates to
stakeholders and senior management.

● Ensure all project documentation is maintained and communicated effectively.

● Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification
techniques.

● Implement project management best practices, tools, and methodologies to ensure
consistent project success.

● Leadcross-functional teams, promoting collaboration and ensuring accountability.

● Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for
improvement.

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business
Management, or related field.

● 5-7years of experience in IT project management, with a track record of managing
multiple complex projects.

● Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred.

● Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum,
Waterfall).

● Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure, software development, and system
integration projects.

● Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

● Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

● Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA,
Trello).

● Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and build strong relationships.

● Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
simultaneously.

● Knowledge of cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and IT service management is a
plus
