Educational Qualification:
 Degree / Diploma in Procurement programs, supply chain management, logistics or business administration.
 

Professional work experience:
 5-7 years’ experience of procurement in preferably in IT (Information Technology) industry.
 Proven working experience as a Procurement / Purchase Executive or Procurement / Purchase Officer
 

Desirable Skills:
 Talent in negotiations and networking
 Good knowledge of supplier or third party management software
 Knowledge of SAP
 Hand on experience in MS office specially Excel
 Excellent communications and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal customers
 

Job Description:
 Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from vendors
 Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project
 Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors
 Examine and test existing contracts
 Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
 Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company
 Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation
 Responsible for implementing internal procurement strategies to cater to high delivery and short lead time requirements
 Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
