Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented IT Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring technical talent across various technology domains. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and technical positions.


• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.


• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking.


• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate technical fit, communication skills, and cultural alignment.


• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.


• Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.


• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.


• Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication at every stage.

Stay updated on technology hiring trends, sourcing strategies, and market intelligence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in IT/Technical recruitment.

Hands-on experience hiring for software engineering, product, cloud, data, AI/ML, or DevOps roles.

Strong understanding of technical skill sets, programming languages, frameworks, and modern technology stacks.

Experience using job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, PyjamaHR, or similar ATS platforms.

Excellent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
