Job Description - IT Recruiter Fresher

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should be interested in recruitment, communication, and talent acquisition, with a willingness to learn and grow in the IT recruitment domain.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interview panels.

• Follow up with candidates and provide interview updates.

• Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers.

• Assist with offer follow-ups and joining formalities.

• Ensure a smooth recruitment process and positive candidate experience.

Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of IT recruitment and technical roles is an advantage.

• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.

• Willingness to learn recruitment tools and job portals.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and other office tools.

Eligibility

• Freshers who are interested in building a career in IT recruitment.

• Graduates from any discipline are welcome to apply.

• Candidates should be proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
