IT Recruiter (Fresher) Belgium Recruitment

As an IT Recruiter, you will:

• Understand
  client hiring requirements for various IT positions.
  
• Source
  suitable candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, and
  professional networks.
  
• Screen
  and shortlist candidate profiles based on job requirements.
  
• Conduct
  initial HR screening to assess candidate suitability.
  
• Build
  and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
  
• Follow
  up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  
• Maintain
  accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  
• Learn
  about the European recruitment market and emerging technology roles.
  
• Collaborate
  with senior recruiters and hiring managers to achieve recruitment goals.
  

Eligibility

• Bachelor's
  or Master's Degree (Any Discipline) 2024, 2025 & 2026 Pass -outs.
  
• Freshers
  are encouraged to apply.
  
• Excellent
  verbal and written English communication skills.
  
• Strong
  interpersonal and relationship -building skills.
  
• Positive
  attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
  
• Ability
  to work in a fast -paced, target -driven environment.
  
• Willingness
  to work in Belgium business hours.
