IT Recruiter / Senior IT Recruiter (Night Shift)

The Talent Acquisition team has successfully fulfilled the staffing requirement for various companies, both large and small including Fortune 500, Big 5 Consulting, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), as well as Silicon Valley Start-Ups, among others.

NOTE: This is not a work from home opportunity. You are expected to work onsite at our Mohali Office.

What we are looking for (minimum qualification):

• 1-4 years of IT Recruitment experience in the US Staffing
• B.E. / B. Tech./MCA / BCA / B.Sc. /M.Sc. or equivalent.
• Sound knowledge of current and emerging technologies is highly desirable.
• Able to perform complex Boolean searches (or willing to learn) on the web as well US Job boards (Monster.com, careerbuilder.com, dice.com, indeed.com, theladders.com, etc.)
• Clear understanding of US tax terms - (W2 / C2C / 1099) and US work authorization types (H1-B / Green Card / TN / EAD / OPT).
• Ability to work on multiple assignments and meet challenging deadlines.
• Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Nice to have (will be a plus):

• Ability to engage passive candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, meetups, Twitter, etc.
• Experience engaging with talent through GitHub, StackOverflow, etc. will be a plus.
• Track record of building and nurturing strong long-term relationships with the candidates.
