Job Description - IT Recruiter/Technical Recruiter


Job Overview

We are seeking a driven, tech -savvy IT Recruiter with 1 to 1.5 years of experience to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will own the talent pipeline for various technical positions, ranging from Software Engineers to DevOps and Cloud specialists. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through the interview funnel. If you have a passion for technology, a knack for finding passive talent, and excellent relationship -building skills, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing & Talent Pipeline: Actively source passive technical talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and internal databases.
  • Full -Cycle Support: Manage the recruitment lifecycle for junior to mid -level IT roles, including intake calls with hiring managers, sourcing, initial screening, coordination, and feedback delivery.
  • Technical Screening: Conduct preliminary phone screens to assess technical baseline skills, cultural fit, salary expectations, and notice periods.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with managers to understand the technical nuances of their open requisitions and calibrate sourcing efforts accordingly.
  • Candidate Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a highly transparent, respectful, and engaging experience throughout the interview loop.
  • ATS Management: Maintain meticulous data hygiene in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), tracking metrics like time -to -hire, candidate sources, and pipeline health.



Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Experience: 1 to 1.5 years of dedicated experience as an IT/Technical Recruiter (agency or corporate).
  • Technical Literacy: A strong foundational understanding of IT terminology, software development stacks (e.g., Java, Python, React), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and basic infrastructure concepts or ERPs (SAP, Workday, or Oracle).
  • Sourcing Tool Kit: Proven experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards (Naukri, Indeed, Hirist) to find niche talent. Proficiency with Boolean operators is required.
  • ATS Familiarity: Hands -on experience working with an Applicant Tracking System, specifically Zoho Recruit.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently pitch opportunities to senior tech professionals.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

  •   Submittal -to -Interview Ratio: Ensuring high -quality candidates are passed to hiring managers.
  •   Pipeline Velocity: Time -to -fill for assigned mid -level technical roles.
  •   Candidate Satisfaction: Maintaining a professional and communicative candidate experience.
  •   Data Accuracy: Flawless tracking of metrics within the ATS.
