• Managing entire recruitment process for all open positions.
• Using effective recruitment techniques to source relevant candidates.
• TAT management to close open positions.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and guide candidates through the hiring process.

Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
• Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress to stakeholders.

Client Handling

• Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend their specific staffing needs, organizational culture, and any unique requirements for the roles being recruited.
• Provide regular updates to client & internal stakeholders on the progress of ongoing recruitment activities, including the status of job postings, candidate pipeline, and interviews.
