Job Description - IT Sales Executive

Job Title: Counsellor

Department: Admissions

Location: Christian Eminent collage, l.I.G Colony, Indore

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 0–3 years (Fresher’s can apply)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive IT Tele Counsellor to guide prospective students in choosing the right IT courses and programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping people, and a basic understanding of IT/softwarerelated career paths.

Key Responsibilities:  Make outbound calls to leads/enquiries and convert them into admissions or course enrolments.  Counsel students and working professionals on various IT courses Full stack development data science , Web Development.  Understand the candidate’s educational background and career goals to recommend suitable programs.  Follow up with potential students through phone, or WhatsApp.  Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in Excel.  Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions.  Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to resolve student queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:  Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree.  Strong verbal communication skills in English and regional language (if applicable).  Good listening skills and patience in dealing with student concerns.  Basic knowledge of popular IT domains and career opportunities in tech.  Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications:  Experience in tele-counselling, academic advising, or telesales.  Exposure to IT/EdTech industry or knowledge of programming languages/courses.  BPO/KPO customer service experience is an added advantage. Compensation:

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000/month (based on experience)

Incentives: Performance-based bonuses or commission on enrolments

Working Hours:  10:00 AM – 7:00 PM  6 days a week (1 weekly off)
