Job Description - IT Sales Executive / Business Development Executive (SAP Exposure)
Role Overview: We are seeking a driven IT Sales professional with 3–5 years of experience in selling IT services and solutions, along with foundational exposure to SAP offerings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting revenue growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities in IT services and SAP-related solutions
Build and maintain strong client relationships across mid-market and enterprise segments
Understand client requirements and align them with relevant IT/SAP solutions
Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to create tailored proposals and presentations
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and SAP ecosystem developments
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in IT sales / technology sales
Basic to moderate understanding of SAP solutions (e.g., SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP S/4HANA, or similar)
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into business value
Experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services or consulting environments
Self-motivated with a proactive and result-oriented approach
Preferred Qualifications:
Exposure to SAP implementation/support projects or SAP services sales
Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and deal structuring
