IT - Senior Analyst - SAP SD

Position Summary: 

Responsibilities:

• understand the business requirements related to order-to-cash processes
• by preference having experience with European business entities
• translate the business needs and propose a technical SAP solution 
• integrate these requirements with standard SAP SD technology in SAP ECC6 as well as SAP S/4Hana environment
• test new developments and provide technical documentation
• analyze order-to-cash process issues and bottlenecks to make improvements in coordination with different departmental teams
• involve more responsibility, experience and leadership skills as senior analyst 
• handle more complex issues/tickets
• mentor junior analysts

Required Skill:

• Processes and IT system minded
• Team player, stakeholder-oriented 
• Techno functional role in the order-to-cash process 
• SAP SD configuration (manage tickets coming from user, bug fixing & analysis)
• Ability to work in extended teams located in Europe and India
• Relevant experience in a similar function as IT analyst in another organization 
• Background with SAP SD module (customizing skills, ABAP and debugging) is required
• Eager to learn and adapt in our highly optimized SAP environment
• Ability to perform retro-engineering
• A master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineer Electronics or equivalent
