Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Support & Systems Coordinator to manage ERP systems, IT infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, and CCTV surveillance operations in a manufacturing environment. The role involves supporting end users, coordinating with vendors, ensuring system uptime, and driving smooth ERP implementation and adoption across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate ERP implementation, support, testing, training, and user adoption.
  
• Provide first -level ERP troubleshooting and user support.
  
• Manage IT infrastructure including desktops, laptops, printers, servers, and software applications.
  
• Administer LAN/WAN, Wi -Fi, routers, switches, firewalls, and network security.
  
• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems, and surveillance infrastructure.
  
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, email, ERP, and network -related issues.
  
• Manage data backup, recovery, antivirus, endpoint security, and access controls.
  
• Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, SOPs, and performance reports.
  
• Coordinate with ERP vendors, hardware suppliers, and service providers.
