We are looking
for a proactive and hands -on IT Support Engineer to serve as a point of contact
for all technology -related needs within the organization.
• Manage IT helpdesk tickets and
provide timely resolutions
• Laptop and application setup
and troubleshooting issues such as account lockouts and password reset
• Install, configure, and update
authorized software applications as per organizational policies and following
due process
• Maintain inventory of IT assets
and software licenses and manage allocations
• Perform maintenance of IT
assets as required, coordinating with vendor where necessary
• Proactively perform support
activities and assessments to maintain stability
• M365 Admin certifications or
experience
• Experience with IT
troubleshooting
• Solutioning mindset, willing to
coordinate with various teams and aligning on solution
• Attention to detail and
following processes correctly to ensure compliance
• Working knowledge of MS Excel
• Bachelor’s degree in
Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent
practical experience).
• 2–4 years of experience in an
IT support or systems administration role
• Industry certifications such as
Microsoft 365 Certified: Exchange / Intune / SharePoint administrator.
• Prior experience working in an
IT services or consulting company
