IT Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, ensure smooth system operations, and provide technical support to employees. The role involves managing hardware, software, networks, and system security while ensuring reliable IT services across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and monitor company IT infrastructure including computers, servers, and networks.
  
• Install, configure, and update hardware, software, and operating systems.
  
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot system, network, and application issues.
  
• Manage user accounts, system access, and permissions.
  
• Monitor system performance and network connectivity.
  
• Implement data backup procedures and ensure data security.
  
• Follow cyber -security best practices to protect company systems and data.
  
• Coordinate with external IT vendors for maintenance and technical support.
  
• Maintain IT asset records, licenses, and documentation.
  
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding by setting up or disabling system access and devices.
  

Requirements

• B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology or Diploma in Computer Engineering
  
• Proven experience in IT support.
  
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking, operating systems, and troubleshooting.
  
• Good problem -solving and communication skills.
