Position: IT Support Executive
* Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata
* Work Mode: Work From Office
* Interview Mode: Walk-in
* Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates
* Education: Graduation Mandatory
*Preferred: Technical / Computer Science Graduates

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

* Provide technical support through calls, chat & email
* Troubleshoot basic computer, software, browser & internet issues
* Assist users with video files, uploads, downloads & digital evidence Provide remote technical assistance
* Document issues & troubleshooting steps
* Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant team

* Freshers are welcome! Prior IT Support experience is NOT mandatory.
 Interested candidates can attend the Walk-in Interview at Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata with their updated resume.

Requirements

✅ Basic computer knowledge
✅ MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint knowledge
✅ Good communication & problem-solving skills
✅ English & Hindi mandatory
✅ Smartphone is mandatory
✅ Basic knowledge of internet, email, file management & troubleshooting
✅ Freshers with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply

SALARY

* Day Shift: Up to ₹16,000 In-Hand
* Night Shift: Up to ₹18,000 In-Hand

 SHIFT TIMINGS

* 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
* 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
* 11:00 PM – 6:00 AM

* Working Days: 6 Days Working
*  Week Off: Rotational
