IT Support Specialist

• Monitor and maintain computer systems, applications, and networks.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve tickets requiring urgent attention.
• Diagnose issues, allocate appropriate resources, test fixes, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Provide timely and effective technical support to users.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant support policies to deliver accurate solutions and document resolutions.
• Handle and resolve helpdesk requests efficiently.
  
  

• Basic knowledge of object-oriented programming (preferably Python).
• Proficiency in Linux commands and SQL/NoSQL queries.
• Strong understanding of Linux services and web servers (e.g., Nginx).
• Experience troubleshooting issues on Linux & Windows OS.
• Familiarity with Ubuntu OS.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in a rotational shift, including nights.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
• At least 1-2 years of experience with Microsoft Azure.
