IT System Administrator -Surat

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, servers, and peripheral devices.
  
• Monitor and troubleshoot hardware issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
  
• Manage asset tracking for IT equipment including desktops, laptops, printers, and networking devices.
  
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement, repairs, and warranty claims.
  
• Ensure compliance with IT security standards and organizational policies.
  
• Support system upgrades, hardware replacements, and preventive maintenance schedules.
  
• Document hardware configurations, maintenance logs, and inventory records.
  
• Provide technical support to employees for hardware -related issues.
  

Requirements

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s
  degree/diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related
  field.
  
• Proven
  experience in IT hardware installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  
• Knowledge
  of networking basics (LAN/WAN, routers, switches).
  
• Familiarity
  with operating systems (Windows/Linux) and hardware diagnostic tools.
  
• Ability
  to coordinate with vendors and service providers effectively.
  

• Ability
  to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  
• Ability
  to interact with employees across departments and provide clear guidance.
