Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced IT Technician to provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth functioning of IT systems across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.


• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, scanner, and peripheral device problems.


• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and IT equipment.


• Handle issues related to desktops, headphones, internet connectivity, and other IT accessories.


• Perform system maintenance, updates, and basic troubleshooting.


• Support employee onboarding by setting up systems, email IDs, and required software access.


• Maintain IT asset records and track hardware allocation.


• Coordinate with external vendors or senior IT teams for unresolved issues.


• Ensure timely resolution of technical tickets and user requests.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking.


• Experience in desktop/laptop hardware troubleshooting.


• Knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, printers, and peripheral devices.


• Basic understanding of Microsoft 365, Teams, and email configuration.


• Good communication and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to handle multiple support requests efficiently.

Qualification:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.


• 1–2 years of experience in IT support/desktop support roles.

Preferred:

• Experience working in a corporate IT support environment.


• Ability to provide support during flexible shifts if required.
